XL Bully dogs and any breed subject to UK legal restrictions are welcome only when fully compliant with all current Government legislation.

Required Documentation (First Visit Only):

A copy of your dog’s exemption certificate and valid public liability insurance must be provided BEFORE your first visit. Documents may be uploaded during booking or emailed to info@k9pt.co.uk. Please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation. We will reply to confirm your documents have been received and approved. Bookings are not confirmed until we have approved your documents.

Documentation is required once only — once verified, copies will be stored securely on file and will not need to be resubmitted for future visits. We reserve the right to request updated documentation if expiry dates change.

Mandatory Requirements:

• The dog must be microchipped and neutered in line with Government rules.

• A strict 1:1 handler-to-dog ratio applies at all times, except for dogs from the same household — who may attend together with a minimum of one handler.

• Arrival & Departure: The dog must be muzzled and on a lead outside the secure area. Lead and muzzle may be removed only once the gate is fully closed and secured. Muzzle and lead must be replaced before opening the gate to leave.

• Same Household: Muzzle and lead may be removed for all dogs once inside the secured field.

• Different Households: If dogs from more than one household are present, the exempt breed must remain muzzled and on a lead at all times — even inside the field.

• Misrepresentation: Any person who provides false information regarding their dog's breed, status, or legal compliance will be refused entry immediately with no refund. We reserve the right to ban permanently from future bookings and report non-compliance to the appropriate authorities.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if legal requirements are not fully met.
