If you could please read these terms carefully before booking and ensure they are held to promote a healthy and safe environment for all our users and canine friends.

1. BOOKING & POLICY

• Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session.

• Sessions are 55 minutes of exclusive private use — no other dogs or visitors will be on-site during your booking.

• No entry if the bay is in use — please wait until your booked time begins before entering.

• Authorised bookings only — access is permitted only for the person named on the booking.

• Base booking includes up to 4 dogs. Additional dogs may be added at an extra charge — see pricing for details. Maximum 4 dogs per session.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

• Arrive at your booked time — no early entry is permitted to respect other bookings.

2. ACCESS & SITE RULES

• Please keep the gate closed and locked at all times while using the park.

• Respect our neighbours — please do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively. Keep noise to a considerate level.

• Parking and land use is strictly at your own risk. K9 Playtime accepts no liability for vehicles, parking, or personal property.

• Only booked attendees and their dogs are permitted on-site.

3. OBSTACLE & EQUIPMENT RULES

• Obstacles are for dog use only — not for people.

• Be mindful of your dog’s ability — assess suitability before use.

• One dog on any obstacle at a time — never allow multiple dogs on equipment together.

• Do not misuse obstacles or equipment — use only as intended. Report any damage or safety concerns immediately.

• Use of all equipment is at your own risk.

4. CLEANLINESS & PROPERTY

• Please pick up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste in the bin provided.

• Anything you bring into the bay must be taken out with you — including toys, leads, bowls, and personal items.

• Lost property will be kept for up to one month. Unclaimed items will then be donated or disposed of responsibly.

5. LIABILITY & SAFETY

• All dogs must be fully vaccinated and non-aggressive.

• No bitches in season. Puppies welcome from 6 months+ when fully vaccinated.

• Owner supervision is required at all times.

• 24-hour CCTV is in operation for the safety of all visitors and dogs. Entry implies consent to recording.

• Use of the park is entirely at your own risk. K9 Playtime accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to dogs, people, vehicles, or personal property — including while using obstacles or equipment.

• It is the owner’s responsibility to assess their dog’s suitability for all areas and equipment.
